My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

These last couple of years really emphasize how our mental and physical health are intertwined - and men as a group are pretty loner in their thinking. Movember is a time for us to stand up and work to form communities that challenge the isolated views.
In addition to the running, I’ve got the ‘stache remove and replace going on, and I’ve given up the drinking for the month. Lots of conversation starters, and lots of conversations to have.

How I'm
getting involved

I'm moving 60km this Movember for the 60 men we lose each hour of every day.

I ran 5.27 km00:36:19

And that’s a wrap!! And no injuries, slips, trips, or collisions!!

Well, I will keep running over the winter, at least that’s what I call it.

Thanks to all that have kept track, and donated here and elsewhere. See you all next year.

Well lookie yonder- another one in the books. And we’re not done yet, still time to finish off the distance, and you could chip in, and bump up that total….

Strapped on the spikes, got the headlight- and taillight- and hit the streets- winter running is a needy activity. But look at that, getting ever so close to the goal.
