Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

It is not about shaving and growing a cool mustache, which for the record there is no way in one month I could do that. It is about taking care of yourself and the friends and family around you. Have that hard talk, ask the hard questions, pickup the phone and make the doctors appointment. A lot of times we are too busy looking after people at work, our family and friends, but remember we cannot look after them if we can not look after ourselves. Lets get it going, and bring awareness to just how important your health is.
