My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

As a son, I've witnessed the emotional struggles of men in my life and felt the impact of the "tough it out" mentality. It's crucial to break this cycle and create a more open and supportive environment for men's mental health.

I believe that every person's life is valuable, and no one should suffer in silence. Supporting Movember's mission to reduce male death by suicide by 25% by 2030 is my way of contributing to a safer and more compassionate world now, and for my kids, their kids, and their kids kid's world.

By taking action and promoting discussions around mental health, I hope to inspire others to reach out, share their feelings, and find the strength to face their challenges. Together, we can stop men from dying too young.

Movember 10. Double digits third of the way through the month already and there have been some conversations some awareness increased and get things are happening behind the scenes, amazed hearing many people write and talk about their feelings, knowing that they’re safe and it’s all part of being human and that you’re never alone or support From many you’re there for you’ve always and others behind the scenes are more than willing to provide a listening year or even peaceful silence together.
