I’m back for my 10+ year! This is a big one for me.

It's been six years November 5th that my Dad passed during Movember, he had prostate cancer. As he would say if, as guys, we are fortunate to live long enough, we will eventually get it.

Finally for my colleague who was diagnosed before his 40th birthday because he went and got checked and is now 10 years Cancer free.

Get checked every year - even younger than 40 if you feel anything
