In honor of all men who has faced this challenge I've developed my own set of challenges... pledges as it may be... Below is a list, send me a message, and let me know which one you want to do along with the donated amount and it will be done! This challenges are made to challenge me to become, healthier an a better person overall. If I reneg on these challenges, you're donation will be matched by myself, doubling towards the goal to the grand challenge at the end!!!

Challenge 1 ($20): limit to two coffee's a day (one in the morning/afternoon), currently drinking 3-5 a day, I have a problem :)
Challenge 2 ($20): no cell phones at the table, I am addicted to my device, pledging this will ensure that I keep my cell phone out of the room at diner time.
Challenge 3 ($20): Walk the dog every day 2km minimum, I can't believe how out of shape I've been, this pledge will help me towards a healthier life style. No matter the weather, you choose the day!
Challenge 4 ($50): limit to 1 coffee a day... this is a huge, and understand I will go through caffeine withdrawls.. but I can do it... I know i can... Pledge this and it shall be done
Challenge 5 ($20): practice bass guitar 30 minutes in a day, I need more playing time, good way to find motivation through pledges and challenge myself to find 30 minutes minimum of practice time.

If you have any more ideas on challenges, please let me know and I will take them into consideration!

Oh, and here's the grand challenge, if raised 500$ individually, I will feast on a great big prairie oyster once again in honor of testicular cancer!
