Mental health and suicide prevention

I suffer from bipolar disorder type two. I’ve struggled with depression that last months, and I have attempted to take my life. This is personal to me. Even one single man struggling with mental illness hurts me, and I want a better future for all of us. I want to start a difficult conversation.
