My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Five years ago, I couldn’t get out of bed because I was in a dark hole mentally. My relationship had just ended, the pandemic had begun and lockdowns forced me into isolation. Not only was I mentally broken, I was physically unable to do any sort of physical activity for my health. It took me many many months of work to slowly emerge from this hole. In doing so I realized I wasn’t alone and that countless other men have been struggling in some capacity as well. So I want to not only raise money for programs and initiatives that support men’s health, I want to make sure people know what’s happening. It’s a privilege to be able to participate in a move challenge. A lot of men are suffering from physical or mental illness that prevents them from even getting out of bed today. This is my why.
