My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Shave less and help more! Its the Canadian dream, and it means I can sleep in longer! But after loosing too many good people in my life to suicide and cancer it's time to get off the sidelines and get into the game!

Over the years I have lost at two good friends to suicide and a couple of years ago I lost one of my best friends to cancer. I also found out during a recent health scare that my family has a history of prostate cancer so this has become all the more important to me.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them again for another year, after last years successful run. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
