My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health is something that touches everyone's lives in someway, myself included. Though the stigma that surrounds it is being reduced each year, there is still the fear among many men that speaking about their mental health struggles shows weakness. This could not be further from the truth, as it takes courage to let people know that you aren't ok, and to actively seek help for yourself or a loved one.
I am fundraising to help the millions of other men who, like me, struggle with mental health in some capacity. It doesn't matter to what extent you struggle, and it is never a competition as to who is struggling more. Each person has their own story and their own challenges they face, and they all deserve to be heard. Please help me in supporting those that are too afraid to be heard and those who are ready to reach out. Each and every dollar donated is important, as it could be your donation that helps to save a life.
