My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

My goal will be movement related - 1800 minutes for the month of November - in honour of my dad. He passed away almost 5 years ago of prostate cancer at the age of 64. He loved sports including hockey, baseball, cycling, and golf. Whenever I have a day where my motivation to work out is low I try and switch my mindset from "I have to work out" to "I get to work out" because I know it was what he missed most towards the end of his life.
