My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m participating in Movember in honour of my friend Will, one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met, gone far too soon to suicide.

Personally, I’ve also experienced my own battle with depression. While I’m lucky enough to still be here, I want to make sure that other men who may be going through their own battles are made aware of the help that’s available to them, so that none of them feel that they have to go it alone or suffer in silence, and so that no one else loses someone as special in their lives as Will was in ours.
