Welcome to my Mo Space!

Since 2021, I've proudly joined the Movember movement, raising over $1,100 to support men’s health. This year, I’m growing my mustache and spreading awareness for two critical areas: men’s mental health and the importance of regular health check-ups with doctors.

The funds we raise together go directly to Movember’s initiatives, including:

Mental Health Programs: Funding projects that encourage men to talk openly, access support, and prioritize their mental well-being.

Prostate & Testicular Cancer Research: Supporting groundbreaking research and early detection programs that save lives.

Suicide Prevention: Creating initiatives and tools designed to reduce the alarming rates of male suicide worldwide.


Men often hesitate to discuss mental health or prioritize physical check-ups. Have you ever had an injury that hurt, but you put off getting it looked at—only for it to get worse? Or maybe you’ve brushed off stress or anxiety, thinking it would go away on its own? These little decisions can add up over time. Let’s change that mindset and start taking action for our health, both physical and mental.

Together, let’s break the stigma, encourage each other to seek support, and make sure every man feels empowered to put his health first. Thank you for visiting, supporting, and sharing the message. ok folks, I know I'm late. It's already day 4, and haven't posted. Let's kick this year off. #movember is a cause near a dear to my heart, that is helping so many men. The first donation of $50 or more gets "shaping" rights to my face. Second gets "naming" rights- in which I will refer to my mustache as said name for the entire month. What ya got folks? Get this in fast as the growth is already happening.

day 2. just scratchy stubble. this is the point where if you shave every day, you get to work and your worried that you forgot to shave. guys it is allowed. Dont worry, no one will ever say anything except your kids or your significant other when you go for a hug. but guess what. they will still hug you. lol. Keep being you it will be fine.

ok here we go again. Please help me help other men out there struggling with mental health issues. This year I have raised my goal and to entice you I will make a fool out of my self and grow the monkey tail. So I need 20 of you to please donate $ 20 bucks to reach my goal. if you can't to that anything will help. I will keep posting pictures of my progress.
