I've been blessed with a group of lads like no other, a group with which I can be myself without any worries. But not everyone is so lucky.

Being a man doesn't mean showing any flaws or weaknesses. It means being able to share them with others without fear.

This month I will support men's physical and mental health.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
