My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

As most know I lost my Dad to cancer in 2016. It hit me harder than i thought it would. I slowly spiraled into a horrible place and was on the verge of suicide, the past couple years have been extremely rough and I've had a massive battle with my mental health. Two stays in the mental health ward at Joe Brant and I'm slowly on the way to feeling better about myself and my life. With the help of some amazing friends I dug myself out of that place. My Dad always rocked the gnarliest Tom Seleck moustache and I HATED it. LOL This one's for you pops!

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
