This is my 18th year of Movember. A lot has changed! I was a young buck in year one, just having fun. Over the years, the importance of taking care of my own health and raising awareness has grown. Now that I'm a father, I have my biggest reason to live a long and healthy life.
Life is busy, it's easy to procrastinate, but what's life without health?! So, live deliberately. Be strong, be proactive, make a change. I'll grow the mo, I'll do the fundraising, but I want you to do something for me:
