My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember I am raising funds and spreading awareness for men’s mental and physical health. There is a notion in our society of what “being a man” means and this Movember we are working to end this negative stigma. Many men suffer from mental health issues. In fact, globally 1 man dies by suicide every minute of every day.
When I was struggling, waiting for a major surgery and had additional stressors to cope with, what got me through it was openly talking about what I was going through and how I was feeling.
I am participating with other members of Cam’s Kids to spread the awareness that many men suffer in silence and to encourage conversations among men and boys who are suffering.

Movember 30 is just around the corner—time to ace the final exam!

Thank you for laying a strong foundation of support throughout Movember.
As we head toward the final stretch, take a moment to appreciate the hard work—you’ve raised the bar for men’s health with every Mo, every event, and every dollar raised.

Mark this deadline in your calendar: the leaderboards will officially close on Tuesday, December 10th, at 5 PM EST. That’s when we’ll award the 2024 U of Mo Champions. While donations can still come in after this deadline, they won’t count toward the leaderboard standings.

Let’s finish strong and continue to build a brighter future for men’s health together. Thank you for being the scholars of this amazing movement!

Ah, Week 3 of Movember—you’re really getting the course work now! That Mo is shaping up like a semester-long project—getting more refined with each passing day. Whether you're aiming for a sharp, well-organized look or letting it grow naturally like an open-ended assignment, you’re well on your way to a top-tier result.

Don’t let the pressure build—some regular grooming can help you keep everything in check! And remember, every hair is part of the curriculum you’re following to support men’s health.

Keep working hard and stay focused; you’re all helping us change the face of men’s health by growing, moving, hosting, and Mo’ing your own way!

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.
