My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

This Movember I am excited to continue the conversation by raising awareness for men’s health. Getting help starts with a conversation and my intent for this Movember is to have as many conversation's related to men’s health as possible. Each conversation I have I will be donating $5 to my fund. Feel free to connect as I open myself up to this year’s exciting challenge!

“I couldn’t write this in the box so I’ll just write it to you…I think it’s important to prioritize getting some type of workout/movement in everyday - even if it’s just a simple 20 minute walk some days. Mentally I try to always acknowledge how I’m feeling (the good and the bad) rather than trying to ignore it or hide it. If I’m sad one day I allow myself a good cry and that always seems to help haha. Being in touch with how I’m feeling each day is very important.” - Brady

"I prioritize mindfulness in the morning to cope with stress. I follow a routine that gives me comfort and practice silence which helps to calm my mind before starting my day. I find this helps me bring my whole self to work and present in what im actively doing” - Anonymous

This last year i've made the decision to dedicate time towards important conversations. Conversations that may seem difficult to have with others facing mental health complications in their life. It's allowed me to understand the challenges people face and strategies they used to better themselves overall.
