My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men's health, both physical and especially mental, is something that isn't often discussed and is even more frequently ignored by men ourselves. That needs to change.

We've made great strides in recent years, but men putting their hand up and truly taking responsibility for their both own health and the health of their fellow brothers, still isn't the norm. That is why I'm joining the Movember Foundation for the 8th year in a row to grow a Mo.

For me, my journey with Movember started in response to the loss of multiple men I knew, all stemming from struggles with mental health. As I've gotten older, I've seen men in my life battle cancer, including male-specific cancers, and so the reason behind the fight has grown even larger. Together we can help ensure that through conversations & resourcing around mental health, as well as early cancer detection, we can help keep all of the beloved men in our lives with us - and that is what the Movember Foundation is leading the charge on.

Your donations -big or small- will justify the moustache that will slowly but surely come to occupy my upper lip this November, and in doing so you will help stop men from dying too young!
