My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m motivated to help bring awareness to men’s mental health and suicide prevention. Each November I ditch the beard and grow a Mo for the dads, husbands, brothers, friends, and coworkers who silently deal with mental health issues.

In Canada, suicide is the second leading cause of death in the construction industry in men aged 25 to 59. This means that more men in this age group will commit suicide than pass away from cancer, heart disease, or a stroke. In the construction industry, the rate of suicide is 3 times the national average.

With your support and donations, we can help bring awareness to a cause felt by all.
