My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

The Movember organization isn’t just about a fun way to fundraiser. Their website is very helpful when you have questions about mental health.

I’ve added a move element to my fundraising this year. If you know me you know I really dislike running. So, for Movember I’m going to work my way up to a 3km run. It might not sound like much but it is to me so please don’t judge. Mental health is very similar in that each person has their own challenges and struggles.
