Mental health and suicide prevention

The beard is getting longer! I am realizing my lifelong dream of hipster doofusness!! The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there in memory of my brother Carey. Obviously this is a very personal mission so I could use all the help I can get! Who's with me???
