My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I was diagnosed with a severe anxiety disorder and depression more than 10 years ago. I suffered in silence for so long thinking that men didn’t talk about stuff like that. I was wrong. It’s better to talk about it! Anyone who knows me knows that I’m completely transparent about my mental health. I try to talk about it and be open so if someone else is suffering, they know they don’t have to do it in silence. I’ve taken a few years off from Movember but I’m back with a vengeance and I’d be ever so grateful for any donation of any type! Let’s kick depression and anxiety in the butt! Love you all friends!!
