My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

There are a lot of things that plague humanity (and this year that is a very poignant phrase), but I'm here to lend a hand spreading awareness and fighting the good fight against a few of these. Movember is about raising awareness and research money for prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health. We all know people who have been affected by at least one of these - and we have it in us to make life better. You can help us stop men from dying too young, whether due to cancer or suicide.

It's my 12th year doing this. The team that had dwindled to just me is now a small, yet mighty team. That being said, big things come in small packages - and we will do our best to push awareness for this! I feel that it's my duty to represent the ever-increasing number of people that I know who are suffering.

Thank you to everyone that has contributed - both now and in the past. These are important issues.

Day 1. Clean shaven as of midnight. I feel like I am looking forward to this year's campaign more than any other. It has been a tough year for everyone - but I know that we will all pull through if we rely on each other.

As with every year, my daughter and I have a tradition of taking a "serious" photo (because this is a serious project that we have undertaken) - and this has become something of a tradition for everyone that follows me on this journey (since a large number of folks have asked "where is the serious photo with Olivia?").
