My motivation

Hello Everyone!

My name is Cassidy and each year since 2020 during the month of November I raise money to donate to the “Movember” fund. Since 2020 I've raised just over 13,000.00! “Movember” spreads awareness, funds research, and promotes men’s mental health needs. For all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives!

Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide. It is so important that we become more aware of men’s health and encourage our loved ones to get routine checkups.

This fundraiser is significant to my family and I, as prostate cancer has affected many people in my life, including our dad & grandfather. Our dad was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer, and if we had found it sooner, we could have prevented it from spreading. Last year our dad had to undergo 17 rounds of chemotherapy. This year my dad was given a life expectancy of 4-6 months, he is the strongest person I know and will continue to fight. He is currently waiting for his 6th treatment of Pluvicto. I hope that by fundraising money towards this great cause we can spread awareness❤️
