My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Last year I went through a bout with Major Depressive Disorder and I'm currently working my way back to the light from the darkest days of my life. What got me through were the people in my life who supported me, checked in on me, and had my back. I had to ask for help. And it saved my life. I want to let the men in my life know that it's okay to ask for help and it's okay to be not okay.

How I'm
getting involved
OCDSB United
Team captain Christopher Olson
$5,700 Team funds raised
0 of 60 kilometres

running
I'm moving 60km this Movember for the 60 men we lose each hour of every day.
