My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm running 160km along the coastal route from Bondi to Manly and back to Bondi for the 60 men we are tragically losing to Suicide every 60 minutes across the globe. I'm extremely lucky that I'm not a statistic after attempting to take my own life on December 4th 2014. Suicide is the biggest killer of young Aussie men under the age of 44. Let's bring awareness to this important issue to help save our men.
