Movember is something I look forward to every year. Mental health is a struggle for many, myself included. I work hard to try and stay feeling healthy, and a lot of the time I do a decent job of it. But there are times when I don't overcome and I feel the weight of depression.

I have amazing people in my life who try to lift me up and carry my load with me. So many men don't and that's the main reason I grow a Mo every year. I want to know that there will be resources for men in need no matter what.

Please give what you can to help this cause and together, we'll stop men dying too young.
