I've been taking part in Movember since 2009 as a tribute to my dad.

He was my greatest role model—full of wisdom, strength, and unforgettable dad jokes. He fought a courageous battle with prostate cancer, and I carry his lessons with me every single day.

This year, we lost him to cancer. My brothers and I want to honour his legacy one final time through the Movember movement.

While our fundraising efforts have slowed over the years, I'm proud to keep growing the Mo to raise awareness for men's health. My goal this year is to raise $1,168, which would bring my total contributions to $15,000 since I began this journey.

Movember also shines a light on men's mental health—something we don't talk about nearly enough. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here.
