Men's health Prostate cancer Testicular cancer Mental health and suicide prevention
This year will be my 18th year of growing my MOustache (aka 'MO') with MOvember. I grow my MO to honor my father-in-law, who passed away from prostate cancer + our friend & teammate who we lost + the many friends who reach out when addressing their own health issues + to raise awareness and literally and figuratively change the face of men’s health. Movember is a fun approach to serious issues, so I hope when you see our MOs that you will check yourself + remember to schedule your annual physicals + reach out if you need a friend.

You rock Sandy! May your head stay calm, your drives be long and straight, and your sphincter and all its environs clean and free of nastiness. Stay well brother, and thanks for all you do.

Today is Giving Tuesday and the end of Movember 2021.
I hope you will watch my brief video and I hope my MOustache inspires you to TAKE ACTION.
Movember may be ending, but men's health is 24/7/365, so please take care of yourself
And... until next MOvember, I wish you health and happiness!
As another MOvember comes to a close, I want to thank everyone who has supported me and the cause emotionally and financially over the past 11 years. Our MOustaches are our ribbons that we wear to spark conversations and inspire our bros to schedule their annual check-ups. Early detection and action saves lives, so here a what I grew this year for YOU...
Happy Movember! I just got back yesterday from hiking Kilimanjaro with my son, Logan. It was an amazing experience to visit the #RoofOfAfrica @ 19,341 feet, but today Movember begins! This year I am focusing primarily on raising AWARENESS. You can donate, if you want to, but my real 'ask' is that you be proactive about your health, and set up your annual physical, and be sure to ask for BOTH the Digital Rectal Exam (DRE) and the PSA blood test. Neither is perfect, but doing them both annually is really the best approach! Wishing you a long and healthy life... ~Sandy
Dear MO supporters & teammates... THANK YOU for your aMOzing support over these 10 years, and thank you for helping me retain my title as MoMo again, for the 9th year in a row! I am proud of the exponential awareness that we have raised for men's health, all through the simple act of growing a MOustache, and I wish you all awareness, health & happiness! ~Sandy #SouthBayMoBros
Dear Friends & Supporters - This is my 10th year of growing my MO with Movember. I do it so that YOU are aware & vigilant about men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health / suicide prevention. All of these are almost curable IF detected and treated early. The MOustache is our ribbon and is meant to spark conversations. The tests aren't perfect, but they are simple and easy, so please GET CHECKED annually. Early detection is key, knowledge is power, and taking action early can be lifesaving! Mo on.... ~Sandy 8x US MoMo (2009-2016)
