Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Watching my grandfather face a prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment was incredibly challenging, and in 2016, I encountered my own battle with mental health following a concussion. These experiences have made men’s health issues deeply personal to me. While both my grandfather and I were fortunate to have strong support systems, I’m committed to raising awareness for men's health so that more men can benefit from early detection, effective prevention, and comprehensive support.
