My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

When I started doing this, it was an excuse to try and grow a mustache and to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer. It became deeply personal when my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. As Movember grew to address more men's health issues, I found myself connecting with it in many more ways.
This year I decided not to shave. I like my beard. what I AM doing, is trying to work on developing healthier habits. I have decided to significantly cut back on my alcohol consumption and try to be a bit more active.
