Here we Mo again! My personal mental health and resolve this past year have been tried and tried again. Trauma, tragedy, trials and tribulations have torn down my walls. I’m fortunate to have the support system and family to help me through these times and build those walls back up. Let’s bring some awareness and raise some funds to help those who may suffer in silence and be alone on this journey.

Movember 30 is just around the corner—time to sound the siren for the final stretch!

A huge thank you for responding to the call and showing up in full force this month. As we prepare for the final week, take a moment to reflect: you’ve really saved lives for men’s health with every Mo, every event, and every dollar raised. You’ve been on duty all month, and it shows!

Mark your calendars: the leaderboards will close on Tuesday, December 10th at 5 PM EST, when we’ll crown the 2024 Emergency Moustache Services Champion. Donations can still be made after this deadline, but they won’t count toward the leaderboard.

Let’s finish strong and stabilize the battle for men’s health together. Thanks for being the first responders on this mission—we couldn’t have asked for a better team to keep the cause alive and well!

Whether you’re Growing, Moving, Hosting, or Mo’ing Your Own Way – we salute you! Every whisker grown, step taken, event hosted, or bold dare accepted helps Movember raise critical funds and awareness for men’s health.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.
