Our Motivation

To help start life-saving conversations on campus, Kwantlen Polytechnic University is proud to host our 4th annual 24-Hour Bike-a-thon for Men’s Mental Health. Riders will raise funds for Movember while working to educate our community so we can better help students, coworkers, and friends navigate challenging times by opening up difficult conversations and empowering men to seek support when they find themselves in crisis.

I’m riding in honour of my dad, who’s currently taking on prostate cancer like a champ, and to shine a light on the importance of both physical and mental health for men everywhere.

Every ride, every donation, every share helps move the needle. Let’s spark more conversations, support more dads, brothers, and friends, and make a real difference together.
