Our Motivation

Men’s Health in general but Mental Health specifically. We lost our brother-in-law to suicide and before that we didn’t understand mental health or suicide. More men die of suicide than in car accidents. More men die from guns due to suicide than all other causes including gang violence. If you are shocked at this, so were we. Men need to be comfortable asking for help. It has to start today.
