Hey RBC MoBros and MoSistas,
What an energizing kickoff! For those who joined us (90+ attendees), thank you for bringing your enthusiasm and commitment. For those who couldn't make it, go to Connect page link - https://connect.fg.rbc.com/groups/movember/pages/mo-news
Your Action Items
Here's how you can make an impact right now:
1. Recruit more participants. There are RBC colleagues who want to participate but haven't been asked yet. Reach out and get them onboard.
2. Complete your MoSpace profile. Upload a current picture and get your first donation (ask your mom, she won't say no!). Consider starting with a self-donation and set yourself a stretch target.
3. Join the Platinum Club. We had 79 people raise $1,000 or more last year. Let's grow that number. Log into Movember, check your fundraising history, and reconnect with past donors. They supported you before and they'll support you again.
4. Leverage Celebration of Impact. Attending today's meeting earned you $20 in Donation Currency through Benevity. Track your Movember activities (walking, running, presentations, conversations about men's health) and earn up to $700 that you can donate to your MoSpace. Instructions on Connect - [https://connect.fg.rbc.com/groups/movember/blog/2026/10/11/celebration-of-impact-with-movember],
5. Initiate conversations about men's health. This is what it's all about. Don't be shy about asking for donations and sharing why this cause matters.
You get out of Movember what you put into it. Your presence today proves you're making a Growmitment, and I couldn't be more excited about what we'll accomplish together this year.
Let's have an amazing Movember!

Thank you for drilling into men's health this Movember!
Movember 30 is just around the corner and we have our most competitive Oil Rig Rumble in years with a lot of movement in the past week!
As we groom those Mos for the final days, take a moment to admire your success—you’ve been fueling the future of men’s health with every ‘stache, every event, and every dollar raised. You’ve struck oil for this incredible cause!
Mark your calendars: the leaderboard will officially close on Wednesday, December 10th, at 3PM PST. That’s when we’ll crown our 2025 Oil Rig Rumble champs. While donations can still flow in after this deadline, they won’t count toward the leaderboard standings.

This week, we also saw a huge boost thanks to a generous dollar match from our partner Pringles, helping stretch donations even further. A massive thank-you to Pringles for fuelling the momentum.
