Mental Health prevention is a key driver for my participation in Movember. Too many men still think being tough, stoic and the strong silent type are what defines a man - being comfortable with who you are defines what being a man is.

In my own mental health journey I have relied on many different stimulants to boost my mood - be it caffiene, alcohol or plenty of chocolate and candy. This Movember I want to give my mind and body a break by allowing my thoughts to be with themselves - scary I know - and take away the things have often helped me through these past few years.

If you are reading this, I ask for your support in multiple ways:
- Be the one to start the conversation and be there for the men (and everyone else) in your life, let them know they have someone to talk to.
- Share with others about Movember and the awesome work they continue to do.
- If you are financially able, a donation to Movember is always welcome.
