Collecter des fonds pour la cause inclut notamment:
Mental health and suicide prevention

If we all dig deep, I think we can all agree that everyone has been impacted by mental health at one point or another in their lives. Whether it be a friend, family member, or a co-worker, we've all been on the receiving end of hearing about someone's suffering.

My motivation is to support Movember in promoting mental health through a male lens, focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion. So please, if you have the means, donate to this very important cause.
