Men's health

I’m a proud Mo Bro raising some funds and awareness with Movember. Men’s mental health is a cause that’s really important to me. We can all have ups and downs, but I firmly believe that if we talk to each other; ask for help when we need, offer help when we can, it will make a difference.
Unfortunately not everyone can get help when they're down. But everybody should! And for that, we do need resources.

And that's one of the reasons why this year again, I will campaign for Men’s health.
