Hey everyone — this Movember I’m growing the ‘stache to spark conversations and raise funds for men’s health.

As someone who’s spent years in the Canadian Forces and community service — including volunteering as a firefighter — I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to look out for each other. Too many men suffer in silence when it comes to mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

This month, I’m taking action — one moustache at a time — to raise awareness and support for the Movember Foundation. Every donation, no matter how small, helps fund life-changing research and mental health initiatives that make a real difference.

Let’s do this together — for our fathers, brothers, friends, and sons.
