Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and for the second straight year, this Movember, which also happens to be my birthday month, I'm participating again.

Men's health whether it's physical, mental or emotional is something of great importance to me and together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I read somewhere that we can put up challenges alongside donations, but I decided to raise awareness in a different way. For this entire month, I've challenged myself to do very quick song covers and direct people to donation pages. These get posted to my Instagram account - https://www.instagram.com/raiferzz/

I'll see if I can take it an extra mile and allow song requests for a donation. Let's see how that goes.
