Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them! I will be moving for Men's health in the month of November!

Let's rewind a little bit to January 2010, when my dad just informed us that he had previously been diagnosed with a form of cancer. Unbeknownst to me and the rest of my family, he had suffered in silence for over a year, attending many hospital visits and follow-ups alone. We had 4 more months with him, and in May 2010, he passed away; he was 56.

Help me stop men like my dad from suffering in silence and from dying too young. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
