This will be my second year participating in Movember. I have set out a hefty goal of $500, but I have confidence that this ugly facial hair can get it done. Last year I grew the grossest handlebar moustache ever, but this year I am committing to running 60kms in the month of November in honour of 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour.

I have always admired my peers and mentors who have raised money through the Movember initiative. I would like to focus my fundraising initiative on mental health. Everyone struggles in some capacity. If somebody says they have never struggled, they’re lying.
Everybody needs help from time to time - doing something as easy as listening can help someone in so many ways! Sometimes we all need this reminder in our everyday lives.
