Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

I've personally struggled with this myself, and have far too many close friends and family members who struggle with mental health and suicide. I'm passionate about raising funds and awareness for these issues and would love your support.

Let's work together to get the word out and to stop men from dying too young.
