I have suffered from depression and anxiety since 2021. 2025 has been a shit year, lost my father to his fight with cancer, a friend to a accident, and a past friend to his fight with mental health. With all this loss I started back on a journey of strengthening my mental health and, trying to help others do the same. So this month I'll be raising for all the father's, brother's, uncle's, cousin's and son's. That have lost the fight to mental and physical health.
