Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them.

As a woman raised by a military veteran, men’s mental health is a cause near and dear to my heart.
As a female athlete, I have been incredibly lucky to have the support of many male coaches, teammates and staff with my own physical and mental health challenges.
And as a friend, this month is for the boys and my brothers!

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
