Last year was my first time raising money for Movember. We managed to raise $270 from all of your donations. I've shown support by growing a very greasy stache for several years during Movember. I've lost three guys too many to suicide, friends and family. I hope we as a collective society can help challenge the stigma with guys getting help to prevent them from killing theirselves. It starts with one person. Whether that be as small as telling your buddies that you simply appreciate them in your life or driving over to their house to console them over a bad breakup. Any donation is appreciated, whether it be $5 or $500, the more the merrier, but it's the thought that counts for me. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
