Having been involved in Movember for several years now, I’ve seen firsthand the power of bringing people together, challenging ourselves and, most importantly, creating conversations that might otherwise never happen.

It’s about breaking down the stigma, checking in on the people around us and reminding men that they don’t have to carry everything on their own. It’s about creating an environment where asking for help is seen as a strength, not a weakness.

Every dollar raised, every conversation started and every mate checked in on is a step in the right direction.

So get involved, challenge yourself, donate or simply pick up the phone and check in on a mate
