As many of you know, mental health is a very important topic to me. As someone who's has sought counselling, admitted that things weren't always okay, I know how hard it is to get to that point. I want to take this opportunity with Movember to continue spreading awareness so that other men can see that it's okay to not be okay and that there is no shame in seeking help to deal with whatever it is the issue may be. You can help me out by sharing my story and/or donating to my page. Your donation will help continue to fund world class programs that are saving and improving the lives of men.
