Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

As part of this years challenge I am going to challenge myself to take my health a little more seriously and try to shed a few of the extra COVID pounds I have put on over the last year and half. My goal is to workout for a minimum of 30 minutes a day and also I plan to go dry for the duration of the November. For every pound I loose I will donate $250 to the campaign.

Starting weight this morning was 224 lbs. Wish me luck
