This Movember, some friends and I are fundraising and raising awareness for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.

As someone who has struggled with panic attacks and has been to psychotherapy, I genuinely understand the importance of mental health awareness. I encourage everyone to talk to one another and seek the help they need. I am always free to speak, and you can always reach out to me if you need any advice or would like to talk about my experiences with anxiety, seeking help, and moving past it!

This year, I am running 60km for 60 men that take their own lives every hour, and I hope to raise $750.
